Gov’ship Poll: APC witnesses appears before tribunal,testifies election irregularities in Adamawa

In continuation of the petition case filed against the declaration of Adamawa state Governor, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri by All Progressives Congress (APC) party, the Party’s witnesses appeared before Justice Abiodun A Adibara in Yola and testified that the 2019 Governorship elections were marred with a lot of election irregularities.

The Tuesday cross examination of witnesses,evidences in court showed that APC’s witnesses are willing to testify,tender enough evidences to show that the Governorship election was characterised with non usage of smart card readers.

The many witnesses were at the Tribunal today took an oath that many polling Units (PUs) were foul up with over voting and snatching of ballots boxes in many LGAs of the state.

The presentation of the witnesses by APC party before the Tribunal today were unanimously testified against the conduct and the process of 2019 Governorship elections especially non usage of smart card readers in many areas.

The ongoing case presiding by Justice Abiodun A Adidara will continue next week,Tuesday,23rd July,2019 with the cross examination of Witnesses and evidences of both APC and PDP Party.
