The institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management (IBDFM) has during its 18th mandatory continuing Professional Development (MCPD),investiture of fellowship has awarded The General News (Tgnews) publisher online,Tom Garba with the Fellow of the institute.
Garba along side many awardees,prominent among them is Prof. M. D. Madawaki,dean faculty of management sciences, university of Maiduguri, Fa’iza A. Ahmed,register Federal college of Education (FCE) Yola,Hon Abdullahi Yapak,(ADHA).
Others are Mohammed El-Yakub,Managing Director at Gotel communications,Suleiman A Mahmud, Ibrahim Abubakar,Ibrahim Labaran,Yerima Acute Chachi,Bello Anthony and Patrick Vigo Jidauna.
They were inducted because of their Eminent contributions to positive development of the society in their respective various fields of endeavours, to uphold the institute vision which is to produce professionals equipped with world class knowledge and skills in business diplomacy and financial management for position of leadership and influence.
The investiture of Fellowship and Induction of the Institute held at College of Nursing and Midwifery Yola Adamawa State under the Chairmanship of Madawaki FBDFM, and charged awardees to maintain decorum and be good ambassadors of the institute.
The Editor-in-Chief Publisher while responding to the media said the award is huge and honour done to him in the right direction to propel him to so more in the area of Journalism and business enterpreneurship.
He noted with thanks for the institute to have spotted his bims lights to recognision of his myriads achievements.
The induction also witness a paper presentation on “managing the challenges of public enterprises in the provision of good services in nigeria by Dr S.Y. Ibrahim FBDFM.
