The Mayhem of Boko Haram insurgents has cut off the Local Government Areas of Michika, Madagali and Maiha of Northern Adamawa state from the National grids of electricity for the past five years.
The three LGAs are one of the worst hits of Boko Haram insurgents activities in the state,where economy activities of the areas has been crippled down with only hope to rise again as it use to be.

Senator Elisha Abbo Cliff in an affirmative assurance said before December 2019 the electricity problems will be resolved and power will be fully and certainly restored.
“I want to assure the people of Michika, Madagali and Maiha LGAs that before December 2019 electricity will be restored to these Local Governments that were cut off from National grid for over 5 years. This is an assurance not a promise.” He said
Cliff who is the vice Chairman House committee on NAVY said his called to duty as a senator representing the Northern zone of the state is second service to God who has willed him to serve humanity in this capacity.
He assured his constituents for a dogged fight that will total liberate them from the devastating effects of Boko Haram insurgents who destroyed their means of livelihood.
“In this capacity after God are my people who secured the mandate for me to work, protect and create the laws that be for total benefit to Mankind.” He added
Senator Elisha also revealed his plans to empower women,youths and create jobs opportunities to not hundreds of people who are looking for job in all parts of the country.
