The Lamidon Adamawa His Royal Highness, Dr Barkindo Mustapha Aliyu scheduled 13th April 2024 to turban Dr Buba Bindir, former secretary to Adamawa State Government, SSG, as the Mufti Adamawa Emirate council.
The Fombina Emirate under the leadership of Barkindo will turban Bindir alongside others at his palace in Yola.
In former SSG in a statement gladly wish to invite all to kindly honour their turbaning and grace the occasion.
