Senator Binos Dauda Yaroe who is representing Adamawa South senatorial District has today (Wednesday) during the plenary raise a motion on the urgent public importance because of the floods disasters that ravaged many communities in his constituency.

Yaroe drew the attention of the Senate President,Ahmed Lawan who presided over the plenary that four LGAs of Adamawa state comprises of Demsa,Numan,Guyuk and Lamurde were badly affected last October,2019 as a result of the Lambdo water gates that was opened by the republic of Cameron.
Dauda who sited order 42 and 52 on the matter of urgent public importance for the immediate needs of the people and response by National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).
Binos during the plenary said NEMA was established under act 12 as amended and 50 1999 constitution to swiftly response to areas under disaster threats.
