While making all efforts to have a responsive and people driving representation,the Senator Representing Southern Senatorial Zone of Adamawa State,Pst Binos Dauda Yaroe has moved to fulfill some of his campaign promises of having a quarterly Town Hall meetings will visit all the nine LGAs constituting the zone.
The Saturday commencement of the town Hall meeting in Numan Binos promised the people of his intentions to follow up a Bill by his predecessor at the national Assembly which was passed to established school of Geology Sciences in Guyuk and School of Forestry in Toungo.
According to him no matter the political undertone of why the bill was initiated by the outcome Senator, he will revisit it and make sure that the bill becomes a law for the institutions be established in those mentioned two Local Government areas.
The meeting which brought together stakeholders, political leaders, women,Youths and the aged. He intimated them of the roles is playing at the national Assembly on issues bordering on the development of the entire Senatorial Zone.
He revealed that, his representation will empower Youths and women of the zone on a skills acquisitions program on a Sooner possible time, stating that arrangements has been concluded with experts to train them on various skills that will make them self independent.
Binos While addressing the cheering crowds during the first of it kind meeting, he promised to use his four years terms to sponsor three hundreds University students through a well design scholarship program for the less privileged constituents.
He reminded them that the Numan-Jalingo road in collaboration with his colleague representing Taraba North,Sen Isa Lau are working in synergy to see that the federal government work on the drafted report already given to mobilised the construction company to continue work on the delipidated road.
“The Numa Federation has been neglected in terms of development by the Federal and State Government, I’m in touch with the Dangote Sugar company to look on the divergence issues of development on LGAs of Numan,Guyuk and Shelleng where the company is situated and they have promised to do something about it.” Binos said
Yaroe brought to their knowledge the efforts is making for the Creation of new farm settlements and equipping existing ones with basic amenities,Provisions of Agricultural inputs ,establishment of good market and ICT hub.
He further intimated them that his stewardship to them will see that Youths centres are established and will be holding a promotional programs for the People of Adamawa South to grow up in terms of capacity building in all facet of life.
Dauda assured them of his relentless efforts to make things possible even at midst of competition and much struggles at the National Assembly where interests and priorities are taken the center stage of the Assembly politics.
