PDP crisis in Adamawa deepens as Sen Abbo vows his loyalty to Ardo’s led faction

The People’s Democracy Party (PDP) is seen to engulfed in a glaring critical situation of internal party squabbles as the Senator representing Adamawa North, Ishaku Abbo said an individual has highjacked the Party’s affairs to his personal political benefits.

Abbo While calling on the National party’s leadership to interfere on the current imbroglio feeble stands of the ruling Party in the state,he vowed his loyalty to Dr. Ardo’s faction, asserting that the movement is on the right track for the betterment of democracy in the state.

Ishaku while Fielding questions on a local radio programme in Yola,he stressed that the party belongs to its entire members and not to an individual who has used it to attain political position.

The Party’s Crux has resulted in having what Abbo said reformed PDP under Dr Umar Ardo’s supervision, distancing themselves with the Barr AT Shehu’s led faction.

“The fact is that a political party like ours supposed to belong to everyone, especially loyal members as they all contributed in its making from a scratch.

Abbo said in a situation where after victory at the polls,and someone is using his position to enforce his principles on other party members, then resistance becomes imminent or apparent.
