The Periscope Newspaper in its annual achievers award ceremony has on Saturday recognised the Chairman of Adamawa health care development agency (PHCDA), Dr Abdullahi Dauda Belel and awarded him as “the most outstanding PHCDA Chairman in Nigeria”.
The ceremony which took place in Wetland Garden in Yola during its 2nd Anniversary and productivity Award,describing Belel as a house name in public health services in the state.
The publisher of the newspaper, Alhaji Adamu Dodo told the gathered crowd that Dr Belel is taking Adamawa in the pinnacle of greatness in community health not only in the state but at the country at large.

“Your name is ringing loud in delivering good health services and contributing much to the wealth being of rural people in our dear state.

In his response, Belel consider himself as the most privilege to be recognised for the Award and he dedicated it to the Governor of Adamawa State who is giving him all the needed support, also to the people of the State and the entire management of PHCDA in the country.
