An organization under the umbrella of “Women for Buhari/Bindo” Adamawa state chapter is set to go round the state to canvass votes for Buhari/Bindo in the 2019 coming elections.
The convener of the group who doubled as the Deputy Coordinator of the organization, Hajiya Fatimatu Abbo Said she envisioned the idea to make sure Adamawa and Nigeria Women are being mobilised to secure massives votes for Buhari.
During a meeting on Wednesday at her residence in Yola where 21 LGAs women coordinators were commissioned with the mandate to begin massive campaign for Buhari in their respective units and wards.
Hundreds of them brainstormed to soon launch out a one on one contact with voters in over 2000 political polling units in the state.
The state Coordinator Hon Gumni Simon Parkani gave much reasons of their Buhari/Bindo choiced to support because of people oriented policies.
According to her for Peace alone in the whole of North east calls for every voter to vote for Buhari.
“Some years ago the whole of North east of the country is in shambles, no single trace of Peace in our homes,thousands of our husbands and children are dead because of incessant attacks by Boko Haram.
” For this alone,many empowerment and infrastructure strides is being done in all parts of the geopolitical zone.” She said
