The Youth Wing of Adamawa state chapter of Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN) has congratulated Honorable Wafarininyi Theman who has been appointed as the state Coordinator, RIFAN-CBN Anchor borrowers program Special Project in Adamawa State.
In a Press Statement signed by its Chairman, Rev Gabriel Ldutsi Shallmambol said the appointment is well deserved one to a patriotic true Son of the state who is well known to have a high level integrity and always demonstrating passion for humanity.
