CONDOLENCE MESSAGE: YARI MOURNS HON BELLO, WALIN BAKURA

PRESS STATEMENT

I was deeply shocked and saddened by the news of the passing away of my immediate Lieutenant and close associate who served under different capacities during my tenure as Executive Governor of Zamfara state, Hon. Bello Dankande Gamji, ( Walin Bakura) who died yesterday after a brief illness.

Late Hon. Bello Dankande Gamji is not only a stakeholder or a leader in his community but, a hero in the country at large who sacrificed his life for the betterment of the country at large.

I would like to, on behalf of my humble self and the entire members of the All Progressives Congress, APC convey our deepest sympathy and condolences to the family, friends, people of Bakura and the entire state over the passing away of this courageous, loyal and patriotic citizen.

I have constituted a five man committee under the leadership of Hon Muhammad Muttaka Rini with Alhaji Sani Kauran Malan, Alhaji Rabiu Ilili Bakura, Alhaji Abdullahi Alfa ‘Yarkufoji and Alhaji Umar Muhammad Jarma as members to ascertion the expenditure of the education of his children at all levels with a view to providing them an effective care.

My prayers are with the family of this great man. May the Almighty Allah grant him eternal rest. Amin.
