APC Congress: Party State Aspirant calls for equity, fairness for all contestants

An All Progressives Congress (APC) Stalwart and State Chairmanship Aspirant for the party in Adamawa Abubakar Babatsoho (Mai Anguwa), has called on party faithfuls especially youths to contest for various positions in their respective wards and local governments in the fourth coming APC Congresses.

Abubakar Babatsoho made the called in a chat with his supporters through his verified Whatsapp Group.

He said more active participation and representation of youths in Nigeria’s political parties can give them a brighter future.

The APC State Chairmanship hopeful, while thanking the members of his support group for the initiative, lauded the successes recorded by youths in other areas like sports and urged them not exempt politics in order to bring in new breath in the system.

He added that If youths have excelled in sports and other activities, they can do same in politics as well, if they have the right perception.

Abubakar also stressed need for commitment to right concept, ideology and believe that nothing is impossible and then things will turn around.

“If our party is to rebuild opportunity for future generations it will require the election of leader who will carry everybody along and build a spirit of tolerance, love and respect of people in the party” he said.

He urged the National and State Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee to give level playing ground to all the contestants in proposed ward, local government, State and Zonal Congresses
