A forum of former All Progressives Congress (APC) Leaders in Adamawa state have come together under one umbrella to support the aspirations of Hon Abdulrazak Namdas, Member representing Tongo, Ganye, Jada, and Mayobelwa Federal Constituency in the national.
In their meeting on Saturday at Fombina royal guest in Yola, they said that the gubernatorial ambition of Namdas is the clearest with good omen to win the 2023 election in Adamawa state.
Mohammed Mayas, former state assistant publicity secretary of the party addressed the former excos cutting across the twenty-one local government said Namdas is the most sellable than any other presently wanting to be the governor of Adamawa state.
According to him Namdas is bringing the real Change in Adamawa’s leadership style and is the only Man with fewer political blemishes who is no doubt going to unseat Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of the PDP party.
Mayas said is only Namdaa that knows the issues of Governance and also, knows Adamawa too well that can bring about faster development.
In his speech to his former colleagues, he drew their attention to one Chidama Jesse who is presently aspiring to represent Gombi/Hong as another electable material.
“Namdas’ political relationship cut across all religions and tribes in Adamawa. He is the fittest for the office of the Governor. He is the most unblemished aspirant who needs little or no introduction to win the election.” Mayas said
The purpose of the meeting Ahmed Lawal who was the former state Organizing secretary of the party and contested for the state chairmanship and lost said Namdas invited them to beg them to stay in APC, never leave the party because it holds their political good omen,
