All Progressives Congress (APC), delegates from Fofure, Yola South, Yola North, and Girei Local Government areas of Adamawa State interfaced with Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow, immediate past Governor of the state.
Bindow in a bid seeking for second term election canvassed support from the delegates to be the next APC flag bearer of the party in the state.
He reminded the delegates from the Adamawa Central Senatorial District that the Constitution warranted him to complete his second term.
According to him he only has one term to complete the mandate of APC in the state, and in this term, he will work much more than what he has done in his last term
The former Governor, while in Yola South party’s secretariat pleaded for forgiveness from all stakeholders including the delegates anywhere his past administration has erred or stepped on anyone’s toes.
He shoulders any responsibility of his government offenses to Adamawa and party people caused by either him or anyone that was part of the system.
Bindow called on them to give him their votes because is going to work for them and do that which will give Adamawa another good name.
The Consultations continue with the hope of touring the 21 local governments canvassing for notes as the APC Gubernatorial primaries draw nearer
