Adamawa ingenious Youth who is aspiring to be the next Governor of the state, Alhaji Ahmadu Hamman Nasara (Dan Maje) told our correspondent that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is trading bad the destiny of many Youths in Nigeria.
He said APC’s internal reward system is totally bad and does not favor many Young politicians like him who have the interest of the party at heart across the country.
According to him this, and many reasons are making the Youth feel marginalized and excluded in the party’s scheme of things.
He warned that the party may collapse if the youth in the party are not been given a sense of belonging.
He is calling on President Muhammadu Buhari, National party officials under the leadership of Senator Abdullahi Adamu, critical stakeholders, and senior party men and women to critically look at the issue of APC in the country with the eyes of wisdom whereby the Youth should be given a sense of belonging to actualize their political dreams.
“As a concerned party Man, I’m calling on President Muhammadu Buhari, and relevant stakeholders to ensure that the party reward system is working well and in favor of our Youth. There are many complaints of exclusion, and disdain from the party against our youth who are aspiring for one or the other elective office, some have even served the party in one way or the other but gain nothing to show for it.
” Failure to tackle this issue may bring about party collapse in the entire country, knowing the fact that the current party system on reward mechanisms for loyal and faithful party men and women is poor and is honestly nothing to write home about.
“I’m compelled to say this seeing the way and manner the party seems to be in the shaky ground of breaking down building to 2023 general election. Something fast has to be done to reconcile all aggrieved people, especially the youth so 2023 will be an easy ride to victory.” Hamma said
He also worried and forecasted the hat party breaks down fallout, and many ugly experiences may befall APC, and many may leave the party after primaries if there is no good machinery put in place to resolve pending issues.
He advised that a special committee should be inaugurated ahead of time to tackle the looming crisis setting in to engulf the party after its primaries across the country.
Dan Maja is however hopeful that the party is a winning one if all issues about unfair and injustice treatments are addressed by critical stakeholders of the party.
