A communication strategist and member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Macauley Hunohashi, has described the judgement by the court of appeal in Yola, which confirmed the election of Sen Aishatu Dahiru (BINANI), as the standard bearer of the ruling All Progressives Congress for 2023 governorship election, as an ideal demonstration of the independence of the Nigerian judiciary.
He noted that with this verdict, the judiciary has, once again, proven it’s place as the bastion of democratic ideals where any one who feals cheated can seek and get justice.
He was emphatic that with this well-deserved verdict, the candidate of the APC is already coasting home to victory in the 2023 governorship election of Adamawa state.
Hunohashi told our correspondent in an exclusive interview that “the best thing that will happen to Adamawa state at this auspicious time is for Binani to take over Dougirei house in 2023 because she has continued to prove her capacity as a worthy ambassador of Adamawa state in the red Chamber of the national assembly and her generosity is unrivalled by any politician in Nigeria”.
The communication expert emphasised that cynics and even the most ascerbic of her critics will be in for surprises because, according to him, “Binani has become a political phenomenon and philanthropic Leviathan of sort in Adamawa state, and any opponent who disregards the Binani phenomenon will only do that at his or her own peril”.
