An order of interim injunctions has barred Alhaji Usman Isa and Alhaji Njobdi Sali Kwada from Parading themselves as Chairmen of the All Progressives Congress, APC, of Mubi North and Mubi South respectively.
The order from His Lordship Honour Justice Danladi Mohammed of the Adamawa High Court of Justice, Yola Division filled in by Alhaji Sani Hamma Adama and Alhaji Mohammadu Bobboi as plaintiffs in a suit case No. HC/ADSY/195/2022 restrained the defendants from acting as APC party officials.
Justice Danladi ordered that the defendants seize to be acting on any issue of the party pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice of the plaintiffs on this matter.
The order is restraining the defendants/Respondents by themselves, their agents, servants, privies or any other personal acting on their instructions however called from taking any step or further steps in denying plaintiffs/Applicants from performing their functions as chairmen of APC.
The restraining order is coming barely few months to 2023 general elections that all parties are warning and gearing up for victory.
