An All Progressives Congress,APC, stakeholder in Adamawa state,Dr Mohammed Haladu said that the central senatorial district is long over due to produce the next Governor to control the affairs of the state.
Mohammed who is popularly refer to as Sardauna said the zone is well endowed with human resource persons with viable records of leadership roles played and still playing at the national stage of the nation.
Haladu who holds the envied traditional tittle of Sardaunan Jimeta revealed that since 1999 to date the district has being playing the big Brother gesture to the other zones with the “let the young ones rule” syndrome,supporting the other two zones to produced Governors like Sale Michika,Boni Haruna and of recent Sen Muhammadu Jibrilla Bindo from the Northern Senatorial zone as full fleshed Governors. While Barr Bala James Ngilari,Rt Hon Ahmadu Fintiri were at various time acting Governor from same Northern.
He continue to say that the Southern zone had Murtala Hammanyero Nyako for the period of 7 years,while the central zone only had a window period chance of political uprising through court process that Rt Hon James Shuaibu Barka had an opportunity to became the Governor on acting capacity.
Sardauna in an interview with Tgnews reporter in Abuja called on the other two zones to rally around the central zone in 2023 to produce the next Adamawa state Governor.
He however said is probably lack of coordination that makes the district not to produce the Governor,but is confident that the time is by the corner and is now to have the mandate of the state leadership at the center..
“We have the potentials in terms of human capital,we have all the caliber of people you think of to become the Governor,once you have Yola North,Yola South,fofure and Girei you will definitely become the next Governor of the state and all these LGAs are in the central senatorial zone.” Haladu said
Sardauna further said that the Central senatorial has being peaceful supporting the other senatorial districts,seen how far they can govern,by virtue of fair political game play, now is the time that all politicians are to support the central agenda,giving an assurance the difference will be abundantly clear that the area is long ripped for leadership
He is confident to say that Adamawa state belongs to APC shall there be election at any time ,APC his party will certainly emerges the willing party.
