A called was made by a political pressure group under the umbrella of Adamawa support Atiku (ASA) to all Nigerians to give the former vice President of the country, His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar a tap at the back to win the coming 2023 presidential election.
The non party affiliation group with its corporate office in Yola enjoined well meaning Nigerians who are not comfortable with the present situation to mobilize voters for the aspiration of Atiku.
A statement by the vision conceived by Abdullahi Abubakar and made our available to this medium said it’s an opportunity surfaces and presented itself to the people of Nigeria, most especially Adamawa state to get one of their own to the Office of the President in person of Atiku Abubakar, GCON, the Waziri Adamawa under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for the 2023 election.
“This is a Clarion call to the people of Adamawa state particularly the over 2m registered voters from the south, central and northern zones; irrespective of religion or tribe, political views, party affiliation, and other electoral interests.
“We call on you to please support and also mobilize the voters to vote for him overwhelmingly, to come and turn the fortune of this country, improve our security, unite our people and proffer solutions to the economy for prosperity through jobs and efficient management of scarce resources.
“Also to put our dear state, Adamawa in history as a state that has produced a president of Nigeria. It is our time God’s willing.” The statement read
The statement further said that Atiku is the only Nigeria that is capable and experienced enough to salvage the country from the crutches of poor governance.
