A staunch supporter of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) in Adamawa state, Alhaji Garbajo Sani Jimeta said the emergence of the party is a wind blowing around the Central Senatorial zone with better change.

Garbajo said APC and PDP over the years have failed the people of the Senatorial District with failed and poor representation that their continuity will this time around no longer needed.

He assured that the 2023 election of the zone will no doubt be decided by the people of the area for our party

According to him an awful opportunity have presented itself by the party as Dr Simon Bawa Hyelanaya has the ticket as the party’s sole candidate running the race to victory.

He extolled Bawa to be an exceptional political game changer with his vast knowledge in managing Agriculture and Human Resources for many decades.

He said People like Simon are rare in the zone and with his ideology, passion and vision to liberate the people of Adamawa central he has no close match.

“The YPP is the masses’ party, the umbrella for the emancipation of not only Adamawa Central but the entirety of Nigeria.

” I want to tell you that among all the aspirants, Bawa stand out and is a shining star in the horizon of Adamawa Central. I’m assuring you he is better than all of them in whichever party.

“He is a Man with the fear of God, a Man with high and excellent academics achievements. He knows our problems and needs, he have the good ideas to sponsor and create bills to laws that will work for the country.” Jimeta said

He called on the people from Central zone to support the candidature of Bawa as he is the Man that have them at heart and is not corrupt to deliver the mandate of selfless service to the entire zone.

When contacted over his ambition to win the Adamawa zone amidst daunting challenges of mega parties by our correspondent in Yola.

Bawa said that the people from all the seven local government areas making up the Senatorial district have on several occasions called on him to contest knowing the fact that he has being their voice.

According to Simon, his manifesto is what has been a guide and a reason they have much trust in him, which he promised to provide an effective representation for them in the national assembly.

He said if they elected him to be their next Senator in the red chambers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he will provide vibrant legislative advocacy, lobbying and consulting with the people to deliver the dividends of democracy.

“My immediate tasks will be; Resolving the challenges faced by our people. Ranging from insecurity, unemployment, poverty and empowerment.

” To also design possible intervention programs that would provide solutions to our national problems;

“I will create a network of like-minds with other members of the Senate and serving ministers to ensure that my constituency benefits from the development programs of the Federal government.

“Finally, I pledge to the people of Adamawa Central Senatorial district that your vote for me would be the end of broken promises and unfulfilled programs.” Bawa said
