Adamawa State former Head of Service (HoS), Dr Louis Mandama,mni has congratulated the state new Secretary to the Government, SSG, Hon Awwal D Tukur and the new Chief of Staff (CoS), Dr Amos Edgar who were dully appointed by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri recently.
Dr Louis said both Edgar and Awwal are Adamawa bonafide Sons that can help change the fortunes of the state to greater heights.
Louis a noble alumni of the institute and strategic studies and earned the mni honors assured the people of Adamawa state Edgar and Awwal are genius that the state are proud of.
According to him Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has done the right thing by appointing them to work with him in the interest of the state.
“I know Edgar as a seasoned career civil servant and Awwal a sound politician and a business Man has contributed immensely in the development of the state.
“I welcome their appointment in good light and praised the Governor’s wisdom of the noble appointment on them.
“I truly congratulated them and I pray it will go well in developing our dear state.” Louis said
