The Ganye Chiefdom in Adamawa State is aglow with celebration as His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr) Umaru Adamu Sanda, OON, Gangwari Ganye II, marks his 25th anniversary (Silver Jubilee) on the throne.

The milestone, observed on Monday, June 9, 2025, has drawn congratulations from across Nigeria and beyond, with notable figures and communities uniting to honor his exemplary leadership.
In a heartfelt message, Ambassador Alex E. Kefas (Jagaban Ganye) extended greetings on behalf of his family, joining personalities within and outside the country, as well as the diverse communities of Ganye Chiefdom.
He praised the monarch’s unwavering integrity, unbiased governance, and dedication to preserving the customs and traditions of his people.
“As you mark and celebrate the Silver Jubilee on the throne, may God Almighty continue to guide and protect you in providing purposeful leadership by uniting our people, irrespective of their ethnic, religious, and social backgrounds,” Kefas stated, wishing him abundant blessings, good health, and a long life.
