Ahead of registration/revalidation exercise, Adamawa APC suspends party Excos

The suspension letter

The All Progressives Congress (APC) party of Madagali Local Government Area of Adamawa State has suspended nine party officials, three stakeholders suspected to be moles amidst them sabotaging the ongoing registration and revalidation exercise.

A letter of suspension made available to TGNEWS signed by Saminu Ijaduwa on behalf of the chairman revealed that twelve members who are mostly officials were suspended for anti-party behaviors in favor of PDP, the ruling party in Adamawa state.

In the letter of suspension addressed to the state Party Chairman, Alhaji Ibrahim Bilal said the members have been suspended following their disobedience to the party’s guidelines enshrined in the Constitution.

The suspension affected the local government Vice Chairman, Mr. Markus Njida, local government organizing Secretary, Alhaji Ali Bako, the local government Youth leader, Emmanuel Munu, Youth leader SS Vapura ward, Luka Dacha.

Also in the suspension letter are the Assistant women leader of SS Vapura ward, Kwanyi Ijaduwa, Youth leader of Gulak ward, Markus Mohammed, Ex officio Gulak ward, Chassawa Hassan.

Others are Elisha Mbrum, welfare officer Pallam ward, Abdullahi Duda, stakeholder Madagali ward, Titus Nzan Stakeholder Wala Ward, and James Ijai, a stakeholder of the area.

Confirming the development the state publicity secretary of the party, Alhaji Abdullahi Mohammed said the APC leaders in Madagali followed due process of suspension of members is dysfunctional to the party.

“We are well briefed and they have taken a good step in the right direction.”, Abdullahi said
