Adamawa state organizing Secretary of the social democracy Party,SDP,Hon Aziz Jibrillah said the brighter future of Nigeria is in the hands of the youths.
Aziz in an interview to mark his 40th birthday said the country’s good image and economy is at the mercy of youths, if they will be given the opportunity they Will Make a proud nation out of Nigeria.
According to him despite what is seen, what others may still say the good, bad ugly behaviors of Nigeria,he inferred that the youth in the country are the backbone,the live line and the revolving hub that holds the country’s economy.
He recalled the good glorious days when the nation’s helm of leadership affairs was vested in the shoulders of Youths with the likes of Yakubu Gowon who was barely thirty years when he became the Military Head of state.
The Barewa college alumni also said President Muhammadu Buhari became the Military Head of start at the Youthful age of thirty one in 1982.
He said he reserved today as a special day to pray for the country,the leaders and Youths to wake up from their slumber and do the needful by saving the country from Total collapse.
He enjoined them to toe the path of peace and Justice by shunning the acts capable of undermining their ability to be leaders of tomorrow and govern well the country that need urgent repairs
The National open University of Nigeria said his birthday coincided with the Valentine’s day of love celebration,calling on people to show Love to one another, especially the Youths at this time that the love of Many is waxing cool resulting to killing one another because of vendors of hatred have permeated the system.
