Justice MZ Anka of the Federal High Court, Yola Division has stroke out a case against the Labour Party Gubernatorial candidate, Alhaji Umar Mustapha Madawaki for lack of “Locus stand”.
The case filed by NLC Adamawa state chapter Anka said it’s a waste of time by to entertain such a frivolous suit.
Umar said he defeated the Adamawa NLC because they were not having any basis for instituting such a case against him.
He told our medium that the case is dead on arrival more that the court is not a father Christmas for meting injustice.
