His appointment by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2020 was one of the impressions the present administration got that a Man who is ever-prepared and ready to work has been given the opportunity to serve Nigerians.

Reverend Yakubu Pam was appointed base on his tract records of the church and community leadership roles he played in plateau state and at federal levels. He was a fantastic Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), State Chairman and regional leader who was known of his courage, fearless in speaking truth to the power that be. The fine gentleman is a bundle of wisdom, creative abilities with dignifying knowledge in creating solution where there is problem.

As humans,we operate on different intellectual frequencies, with everyone’s time zone of operations to deliver what destiny has called on one to do. At this point everyone can only give what or she is fit to give. This is the far widening gap between the likes of Pam who are consider born leaders and leaders who chooses to be great through dint of hard work.

On resuming to duty as the new Executive Secretary (ES) of Nigeria Christian Pilgrim commission (NCPC), he began to break the fallow grounds in continuation of his predecessors achievements in the commission with good human inter personal relationship with the staff of the commission.

Pam and his robust quest to reposition NCPC, his creative and innovative ideas has forestall many impending problems of bilateral relations of the countries of Israel, Jordan where records of abscondment of Nigerian Pilgrims drastically reduced to a minimal level. It was his acumen idea that he introduced Jordan as one of the the countries that has part of the Holy sites for Pilgrims to visit.

His shrewdness sight in building a well capacity commission which was a seemingly silence and passive, only heard when state governments are willing to sponsor Pilgrims to the holy Land but turned it to a potential revenue generating government agency.

This is no doubt what spells the difference between Pam and those that sees his progressive mindset as an irk to their soul, instead of celebrating him, they turned him an enemy who is innocent of all their share evil thoughts.

Before now NPCP has been a fallow ground that it is only when government consider a budget for the commission activities picks up. But his knowledge of how government works and operate a unit system, the Christian Leader has transformed the area in both the spiritual and the physical to the benefit of all Nigeria. He brought life to the agency by inculcating virtues of Christian ideals are uphold.

A state of the art commission’s is under construction with a hope to be commissioned for use soon. All the moribund units of the commission are back on their feeds working under the close supervision of this great man.

This is because Pam’s experience in leadership is measureless and far-flung. He has far-reaching experience in business to woo investors of all races and countries to have stretched out to many nations of the world of Nigeria greatness that has world center of attraction in tourism, natural and human resources.

Pam is brainy gift that is helping greatly supporting Buhari’s government of APC at the National level. In him is the girdle of strength to lead well, he holds in his hand the rod of direction that will help in taking NCPC to a haven of rest for all of Nigerians.

The Christian leader has a virtue of greatness is using to camp down and stabilize many uproars within and outside the commission. This is the gift I cherish in him that I respect so much.

It is beyond question that he is another beacon of hope, a glorious flying horse for Nigeria. A trailblazer with all the threads of good leadership. Giving life to NCPC, the commission he sojourned fighting tooth and nail to sustain its glorious future for Nigeria and to all Nigerians.

With his resilience and his good intentions for NCPC and Nigeria, I’m glad to say that Pam and many others abound in the country to give hope to Nigerians that the country can be better, ashes of ugliness can be replaced with beauty. I now see hope for Nigeria because there is a Man (Pam) dying to keep the flag of NCPC flying as a pillar that can bring or spark up the light of progress in all parts of Nigeria anywhere he goes.

May I now shout it out and make it boldly in the tablet’s heart of all and sundry that Rev Pam remains the best ES Man of NCPC, the last Man that can ever stand for the commission in the interest of all Nigerians. This is where I love his brand of leadership. A leader who is leading well. A good Christian at all times, his belief in serving the nation at this level is what will birth out a better Nigeria where good leaders that will serve the nation will emerge.
