A former Deputy Governor under the People’s Democracy Party (PDP) in Adamawa state, Hon Sa’adu MC Tahir has on Monday dumped the party to All Progressives Congress (APC)
Tahir who deputised former acting Governor Bala James Ngilari renounced the Party at his Gwadabawa ward,Yola North LGA in Jimeta Yola.
The former PDP loyalist was a gubernatorial aspirant and decided to make a u-turn at the beehives of primaries activities.
According to him the decision to join the ruling party (APC) is to support Governor Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindo who he calls architects of progressives development in the State.
The Bindo campaign director,Chief Felix Tangwami who confirmed the development and reiterated that the performance of Gov Bindo in changing the State is magnetic those people who desire the state to develop beyond this level.
Recall that a day ago a former lawmaker from Alkalawa ward have also defected to the ruling party.
