An ongoing investigation by Adamawa state police command on the sex scandal involving Faisal, Son of the Adamawa State College of Nursing and Midwifery provost, Dr. Lami Aminu revealed there is a concoction of false allegations.
Police public relations officer of the state, SP Suleiman Yahaya Ngoruje, ANIPR, confirmed the development and said it is surrounded by so many fabricated lie.
He said the result of the preliminary investigation is contrary to what is trending on the social media and many news mediums.
According to him the result that said Faiza is pregnant as a result of rape by Faisal was concocted by someone who is not medically certified.
Suleiman said the command has taken over the case which is under investigation by the Criminal investigation department (CID).
Suleiman in a phone interview with our Yola correspondent said the commissioner of police has directed a discrete investigation into the matter to ascertain the truth about the whole story.
“The person who fabricated the liar is at hand and investigation by our men has since commenced to enable us to ascertain the true offence he has committed.
“The suspect who is being interrogated has confessed to having fabricated the pregnancy report.
“We will charge whoever is found guilty of the offense to court as soon as we are done with the investigation,” Suleiman said
You would recall that Faisal, a lecturer with the school nursing was taken to social media and many news platforms to have raped Faiza, a student in the school.
An investigation by our reporter who stumbled on a leaked audio conversation between Dr. Lami Aminu (Faisal mother) asking Faiza to withdraw the letter she has written to the police accusing her son of raping.
In the leaked audio Faiza admitted she was not raped but was compelled to say that by one Kamal.
