ADAMAWA APC MEETING: A CRACK IN THE FACADE, a joinder by Nurudeen Kama

I was compelled to respond to George Kushi whom serves as the Chief Press Secretary to the invisible Deputy Governor of Adamawa State on the aforementioned title. This became necessary because of the misinformation that marred the whole write up despite the facts that it is his responsibility to absorb the shock produced by APC in their quest to do away with an accidental Governor as well as the deceitful government he serves.

However, it is not his calling to misinform the public on the activities of APC because he has no or little information about the internal mechanisms that was put in place to phase out PDP ahead of 2023. It is also on Records that Fintiri accidentally came to power through the window and all is set for the people of Adamawa to take him out through the ceiling in 2023. Therefore, it is a matter of time that he will come to terms with this reality.

With regards to the APC Press Conference organized by the party to formally receive decampees such as His Excellency Bala James Nglari, Senator Ishaku Abbo, Senator Abdulaziz Nyako, Honourable Hons Nwanguibi et. al from other parties on the 9th of January 2021, it was an afterthought when the State Government issued a Press Release BANNING ALL SOCIAL GATHERINGS ABOVE 50 PERSONS. Moreover, the Press Conference was conceived just 3 days to the Political tsunami that will host 3 serving Governors and 6 former Governors including Distinguished Senator Muhammad Umar Jibrilla BINDOW as well as the Interim National Chairman of APC so that it will path a way for the decampees and returnees to revalidate or issued a membership card of APC scheduled for the mid of January, 2021.

In addition to this, the party leadership as law abiding individuals had asked all the Political Actors that will decamp or return to respect the government’s decision by restraining their supporters from coming to the venue of the Press Conference and so they complied.

On Kushi’s misinformation about Bindow’s inability to grace the occasion despite being in town, it is actually in adherence to the decision of the party to restrain Bindow and other senior stakeholders of the party from attending the Press Conference because I was there at the Venue and when there was several queries on why Bindow was not at the Venue, I channelled the complainants to my Principal and I was asked to take the phone to the party Chairman for confirmation. I took the phone to the party Chairman and the response remain the same thus “His Excellency just stay back at home as the program is meant for decampees”. I wanted to also clear the air about Bindow’s visit to Adamawa because this is a pre-planned visit which is targeted to hit 4 birds with one stone at the same time and the 9th of January 2021 was the scheduled date for his homecoming where he may spend a month exchanging pleasantries with his well wishers, condolence visits, family reunion and minding his own business.

Finally, I want to draw the attention of my good friend and brother George Kushi that their government was sold a dummy yesterday.
