Adamawa APC officials tours LGs for party unity, assessment and provide palliatives

Considering the excruciating pains caused by the current reforms of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to strengthen up Nigeria economy under serious downturn caused by past administrations by removed the fuel subsidy.

The effects of the subsidy removal on the people of Adamawa has made the State All Progressives Congress (APC) officials under the leadership of Barrister Shuaibu Idris to tour all the twenty one local government and provide palliatives to party members.

The organizing Secretary of the Party, Mustapha Atiku Ribadu in an interview told our Yola Correspondent that though the main essence of the tour is to visit every ward to assess how the party is fairing.

Ribadu said that their visit is to further consolidate on the renewed unity the party is sustaining and enjoying at the moment.

According to him the assessment will also help them know the actual members of the party and ascertain their number in each polling unit, ward and Local Government.

He said no doubt over the years there are people who have died and others left the party for obvious reasons, the tour will help them get the true picture of the party present status in each Ward and unit.

Ribadu revealed that they are going to tour all the state and they have started with the Northern senatorial zone with Madagali and Michika already been visited.

“We are truly working hard to make sure our party is united and remain undivided building to coming elections. Assessing now will give us ample opportunity to know our numeric strength and know who is still with us and who is not. ” Ribadu said
