The decision of the Adamawa State Progressives Congress governorship candidate, Senator Aishatu Ahmed Dahiru Binani to once again dragged the independent national electoral commission (INEC) for not recognizing her as the Governor was described as an exercise in futility.
Binani took INEC to court to know her stand and the interpretation of her declaration by the state resident electoral officer, Barr Yunusa Ari Hudu who has early declared her the winner of the last governorship election.
Her decision was washed down by concerned citizens of the state, describing her actions to go court contrary to the norms of a decent politician void of all sorts of desperation.
Mallam Sa’idu Sarkin Zana, a concerned citizen who is a card-carrying member of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, said the APC’s gubernatorial has successfully decided to embark on a no-return journey of an exercise that will not yield the desire result.
According to him Adamawa indigenes and all lovers of democracy will never allow politicians with anti-people policies to govern the state.
He said Binani’s second thought to drag INEC again to court is an exercise in futility that will never amount to anything good because God and the people of the state understand her intentions.
Zana revealed that the desperation of the APC gubernatorial candidate is the main reason why her political career is dying and may not likely rise again.
He called on Adamawa citizens to relax and to be at peace because her decision will never change the course of destiny. After all, God has decided to willed power to Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri power.
He enjoined well-meaning individuals to support the PDP government in the state as according to him they are performing more than the expectations of the Adamawa people.
Sharing his thoughts on Binani’s court case against INEC and the order by the federal high court in Abuja of Hudu never to be tried in Yola, Hon Abdulaziz Abbo Malafa said what is going to be is all going to be in the interest of Fintiri.
Abbo reiterated that the prayers of the Adamawa people are with Fintiri and the efforts of Binani and her collaborators will never stand against the wishes of the Adamawa people.
“Fintiri is a Governor with a destiny called backing him up and the prayers of Adamawa citizens have secured his mandate. Binani is just wasting her time and resources.
“Binani is a big time political blunder not only in Adamawa state but in the entire country, she have failed before, she will fail again and God’s willing she will continue to fail because she is never a governorship material for our dear state ” Abbo said
