A court sitting in Yola has dismissed a case filed by Adamawa Global Trustee (ADT) against Hussaini Gambo Bello Nakura,Chairman,Adamawa Concerned Citizens (ACC) over complainers none appearance to court

The court under the supervision of Chief Magistrate Rejoice E Dattire,Magistrate three in Jimeta has on Monday also dismissed the case because the complainers disrespected the court by not coming and summon was not personally served to the defendant.

Bello appearance despite not collecting the summon personally show a mark of respect to the court says the presiding magistrate and therefore dismissed the case fied against him.

Rejoice while dismissing the case said Section 353 subsection 1 grant the court the powers to do so.

Barr Desmond S.Adebola who led nine other counsel to defend Gambo Said the complainers filed a baseless case over what is not a fact.

According to him the AGT is a faceless organization not existing anywhere in the surface of the Earth as investigation revealed that they are not even register with corporate affairs.

He said their none existence and failure to appear before the court are some of the ground the court used to dismissed the case.

Desmond recalled a recorded audio conversation between Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri and Alhaji Hussaini Gambo Bello Nakura went viral last week led to the present situation on ground.

“Their conversation presumed to be a threat given to Gambo by the Governor,an issue AGT is charging Gambo to court for inciting public disturbances”, Desmond said

He said the court has indeed proven to be the last hope of the masses and is appreciate the presiding magistrate for given the due judgement.

Gambo when contacted by our correspondent simplly said the truth will always triumph over lies.

According to him AGT sued him over public disturbance through his interview granted to an online Television and stated his views on the state government refusal to distribute federal government palliative given to the state.

” I was thinking what i said should be an eye opener or draw the government attention to get it right in leading us in the state but it turned up to be a different thing.

“The truth remains the truth and this i will keep saying for the general interest of everyone in Adamawa state. This is democracy,We are not under dictatorship and we can’t have a leader as a dictator.

“I’m vindicated as my accuser are no where to be found.” Gambo said
