A Vigilante in the Dabna Community of Hong Local Government area of Adamawa State, Mr. James Nelson in a telephone interview with this medium said four men were killed in an early-hour raid by unknown gunmen.
According to him, four Men in motorcycles holding AK47 guns stormed Dabna and sporadically started shooting that led to the killing of four people.
He said the people looking like Fulanis invaded the community and made away with drugs, food items, and burnt-down houses.
James said that one of the vigilantes who is hearing impaired (dumbed person) was able to kill one of the armed men but they carried him away
“They killed four people in our community, we making preparations for their burials but one of our colleagues who is a dumbed killed one person but they fled with his dead body.
“I suspect they are Boko Haram members because they don’t use to leave their bodies whenever they go for operations,” James said
Confirming the incident, Adamawa Police command public relations officer DSP Suleiman Yahaya Ngoruje told TG News Correspondent the command has deployed their men.
He said the situation is under control and the tactical operatives are gathering every fact regards the ugly situation.
