The Governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Yola, Adamawa state has fixed July 20, 2023 for the hearing of the suit filed by the APC governorship candidate in Adamawa state, Sen. Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani and the APC as a party.
The petitioners are challenging the declaration of Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri as winner of the 2023 governorship election.
The date set for the commencement of the hearing followed the conclusion of the pre hearing with the submission of documents as evidence to the case by both the counsels to the petitioner and the respondents.
