Adamawa Ex-SSG bags Humanitarian Award man of the year

The past Secretary to Adamawa State Government, Dr Umar Buba Bindir bagged a Humanitarian Award as Best outstanding humanitarian and community support and empowerment of the year.

The Adamawa former SSG who is the founder of Bindir Knowledge center was recognized by Nigeria Humanitarian Awards for the remarkable job done.

The organization said Bindir is a change maker and humanitarian icon who he earned the organization focus and mandate of promoting humanitarians with individuals, and organizations restoring peace and unity which was the basis of the award.

Bindir was so awarded alongside other well meaning Nigerians in Abuja for his tireless efforts in uplifting rural communities through humanitarian endeavors over the years.

The humanitarian services done by Bindir have not gone unnoticed, and the organization believe that his exceptional leadership qualities sets an inspiring example for others in the humanitarian Field.

Bindir who is the Mofti Adamawa Emirate council and Former Coordinator National Social Investment Project (NSIP) has bagged Many awards.

The former DG/CEO of the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP), Abuja and former Director, Technology Acquisition and Assessment, Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, and also served as a Director of Sports, Federal Ministry of Sports and Social Development.

The Adamawa born politician was also the former Director of Monitoring and Management Information Services, National Poverty Eradication Programme, The Presidency, and former Director of Operations, Family Economic Advancement Programme (FEAP), Presidency was recognized for the special award
