Adamawa First Lady condoles Monarch over Elder Sister’s death

The wife of Adamawa state Governor and Gimbiyan Shelleng Hajiya Lami Ahmadu Fintiri have commiserated with the people of Shelleng and Amna Shelleng Alhaji Dr Abdullahi Isah Dasong over the Death of his Elder Sister Hajiya Salamatu Alhaji Bakoji Saleh who died on March 28,2023 at Shelleng Cottage hospital after a brief illness.

Hajiya Lami Fintiri Represented on the condolence visit led by her Senior Special Assistant on Special Duties Hajiya Asabe Shuaibu delivered a condolence message of Her Excellency to the Amna Shelleng described the death of the elder Sister to the Amna Shelleng as a great loss not only to Shelleng but to the entire state.

Hajiya Lami Fintiri said the deceased died when her contribution to the development of Shelleng chiefdom and worth of counsel is mostly needed.
She described death as an inevitable end to all mortals.

She pray Allah to grant the deceased Aljanah fidausi and to the family the fortitude to bear the great loss.
In his response Amna Shelleng Alhaji DR Abdullahi Isah Dasong the 2nd thanked Gimbiyan Shelleng and Hajiya Lami Ahmadu Fintiri for the condolence visit and standing by the people and Shelleng chiefdom in their moment of grief and pray Allah to reward her.

The delegation also visited the family house of the deceased husband to condole with him and his children in the same manner.

The deceased Hajiya Salamatu died at the Age of 76 and was survived by her husband Alhaji Bakoji Saleh,6 children and 20 Grandchildren.

She was buried on March 29 at Amna Shelleng’s Palace according to Islamic Injunctions.
