The Adamawa government on Wednesday approved a proposal for N10 billion as supplementary budget for 2017.
Dr Umar Bindir, Secretary to the State Government (SSG) made this known while briefing newsmen shortly after the state executive council meeting in Yola.
Bindir said that the funds with Paris club refunds would complete the 2017 fiscal year.

He said that part of the funds would be to settle backlog of emoluments to workers.
The SSG also said that the council adopted the Mid Term Expenditure Framework for 2018, 2019 and 2020.
He said that the Fiscal responsibility commission has already project that the state would generate N160 billion in 2018.
Bindir also said that the government would start greening in 2018.
He said that the greening would commence at the state secretariat and move on from office to office.
According to him, this will showcase green modernisation of the state.
