The Adamawa state Government through the Ministry of Works and Housing has today in a public bidding ceremony told Journalist that it will carry out the construction of Ganye,Vunikland,Guyuk,Numan and Yola township roads.
The Commissioner, Barr Lilian Nabe Stephen said the opening ceremony of the bidding organised by the Ministry is in-tune with transparency and countability of the Present Administration led by Governor Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow in making sure all roads in the state are well constructed.
While addressing News in her office in Yola, Lilian charged all the intending Contractors seeking to handle Township roads in those LGAs should corporate with the bidding process.
Urging them to meet all biddings requirements needed,as this Government is critical in meeting the yearnings of her people.
She that 2km road to be constructed in Vunikiland Town,Ganye town is given a 6.6km,a 1.7 Km is to be done in Numan, Town,Guyuk town have 2.5 Km roads and Yola town is to have a 900.7mtr.
The reconstruction company following to win the bidding are, Roycon Nig. Ltd, Triacta,CREC, TEC,R&B Ltd,Elegance and EEC Company Ltd.
In their Goodwill messages the director General of Bureau of public procurement, Mr Zare Baba,Deputy Permanent secretary Enginer Suleiman Abubakar and Yakubu Mbale all commended the contractors for trusting the State Government and assured them of transparency.
