Adamawa govt vows to revoke land allocation of 30,31,32 layouts failure to develop within 6 months

Adamawa State government through the Ministry of Land and Survey has vowed to revoke plots allocation to individuals if they fail to develop them within six months.

The Honourable Commissioner Ministry of Land and Survey, Hon.Chief Joab H. Sahma signed a statement of the revocation of those allocated lands in 30,31 and 32 layouts respectively.

He said the call is to those who owned the plot’s Layout design right From North East to Gongola State as well as the Adamawa State ADSYP.

“Owners of Undeveloped plots within this layout should develop them within 6 months with effect from March 2024. Failure to do so will lead to withdrawal or revocation of their title.” The statement read
