Adamawa High Court give an order restraining APC SWC from suspending Numan LGA party Chair

The Adamawa State High Court had restrained the APC State Chairman and his State Working Committee (SWC) from suspending Hon. Ndikashe Festus Mariko as the Chairman of The All Progressives Congress Numan LGA.

The court in an order stated that the APC party cannot do that pending the hearing and determination of the Substantive suit Adjourned to 14th November, 2023

Hon.Justice Ahmed Isa in delivering his ruling cautioned the parties to desist from anything or act that will amount to contempt of the Order of the Court.

By this Consequential Order Hon. Ndikashe Festus Mariko remains the Chairman of the APC in Numan LGA, pending the determination of the Substantive suit in November, 2023 or thereafter.
