Hon Yohanna Sahabo Jauro, Member representing Mubi South Constituency of the Adamawa State House of Assembly has congratulated Hon Jafar Magaji Haske who won an appeal court verdict reinstating him as the substantive and elected House of Representatives lawmaker representing Mubi South/Mubi North/Maiha Federal Constituency.
Sahabo who is the Deputy Minority leader of the state Assembly said the judgment was a proven fact that the judiciary is the last hope of the common Man.
Sahabo said this through his Media aide, Gidado Bapetel who signed a statement and made it available to this medium that the political virtues of Jafar were the prayer line of his constituents to have him return.
According to him, the judgment was the wishes of the people of the Mubi Emirate council and the whole constituency was thrown into wild jubilation on hearing of the verdict.
You would recall that Hon Jingi Rufai of the PDP was declared the winner of the Housw of Representatives member and Jafar challenged the outcome of the election at the tribunal and appeal Court.
