Adamawa Idi Amin bags Peace Ambassador Award

Adamawa State Council Chairman of Maiha Local Government, Dr. Idi Aminu was celebrated “Man Of The Moment” last weekend during the 2020/2021 Institute for Crisis Resolution, Peace building and Conciliation (ICRPC) award.

ICRPC has decorated Idi Amin as the Best Chairman of The Year 2020/2021 and honored him the PEACE AMBASSADOR and the FELLOW AND MEMBER of the noble peace body.

Aminu who is the Rumbun Adamawa bagged this award becomes one of the many award in three different occasions of Excellence.

But this award he received today (Saturday) in Abuja being 6th Nov, 2021 As has became one of the outstanding.

The performance of Idi is no doubt an achievement again and has done It. The thumbs up Congratulations to the two times emerges Best Council Chairman in Nigeria by Adamawa people extolled him a real public servant.

Our reporter reported that the award is usually given in consideration of an individual’s conflict management competence in addition to his various achievement in peacebuilding.

“It is reserved for personalities who have displayed continuous contribution to the development of peace and conflict resolution in Nigeria. It comes with an award plaque and an award certificate.

“The circle of PEACE AMBASSADORS is a golden circle and its limited to those forward-looking persons who are honorees of ICRPC and display a continuous support in the activities and social responsibilities of the Institute.”, wakil ICRPC chairman stated

According to the Chairman and the President of ICRPC Mohammed Wakil who was the Former Member/ Minister of Police Affairs said that, the award was given after careful consideration by the ICRPC’s council of those evidences presented to Idi Aminu by their“research and development unit’ attesting to his outstanding service as a distinguished Nigerian and peace advocate.

Rumbun Adamawa however said he dedicated the whole of his International and National Awards to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, and the entire people of Adamawa State for giving him opportunity to serve his people under his administration.

Rumbun Adamawa thanks all the organizers and the management of the Award for finding him worthy among seven hundreds and seventy four (774) Council Chairmen of Nigeria through his wonderful achievement in fighting In-Security and Developmental projects.
