ADAMAWA NUJ CONTENDER TO IMPRESS ON JOURNALISTS INCLUSION IN FINTIRI’s CABINET.

Comrade Fidelis Jockthan of Radio Nigeria, a strong contender vying for the post of Secretary in the forthcoming NUJ election in adamawa state says, he would impress on Adamawa Governor-elect, Ahmadu Umaru FINTIRI to include journalists in his appointments.

Fidelis Jockthan,gave the indication while answering questions from TGNews on his ambition.

He said being an insider and key player in propagatig PDP programmes since 1999,he believes that the PDP incoming government would consider the request if people like him take over the NUJ affairs.

According to Fidelis Jockthan, ” I have a blue-print which we are going to unveil after the election.
Empowerment of journalists is first, development of the ‘press Center ‘ through massive innovative projects and networking with ICT, above all,Housing scheme and international training of pressmen.”
