Adamawa PDP loses Lawmaker, Ayuba defects to APC ahead of 2023 election to chart new course for Michika constituency

People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Adamawa has lost its Lawmaker who is representing Michika Local Government in the State House of Assembly, Hon Ayuba Joseph Kawada (Depolis).

Ayuba today is resigning in a formal gathering and denounced being a member of PDP in his Wambilimi Tilli ward, Michika Local Government said is defecting to the All Progress Congress (APC) to chart a new political course for his people.

According to him, he dumped PDP over unfair treatments and remaining in the party will amount to a political suicide mission.

The second-term Lawmaker representing the Michika Constituency said is now home in APC with a new vision, and mission for his people.

Kwada who defected to APC ahead of the 2023 general election, his supporter Honourable Ayuba Kwaghe said PDP have made a callous and a colossal mistake to have allowed Depolis to leave the party.

Kwada said Joseph left because undue sentiments of some self-acclaimed politicians giants in PDP vaunting around to have answer the big names of the party stalwarts that they can make and Mar.

“Joseph is a grassroots political veteran,he is a Man with the masses of Michika, the 16 political wards in Michika are feeling the impacts of his leadership.

“By this I mean PDP will regret losing this political giants.” He said
