Adamawa politician wishes Amb Peter good political appointment as President Tinubu Recalls All Nigeria’s envoys

Honourable Vrati Nzonzo an All Progressives Congress top notch member in Adamawa said the decision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to recalled all ambassadors, both career and non-career back home it is for the good of the nation.

Vrati applauded the president’s decision to be a good omen in line his renewed hope agenda he has positioned to give to all Nigerians.

It is in this light that the Adamawa politician wished His Excellency, Hon Kevin Peter, the Country’s former Ambassador to Czech Republic a good political appointment as he obeys the President’s order.

He said Kevin is a sound politician that has worked well to the election of President Tinubu and is assure is going to contribute to the development of the nation, the APC party at large with the wealth of experience he garnered over the years while an Ambassador.

Recall that the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, disclosed this on Saturday in a statement signed by his Adviser on Media and Communications Strategy, Alkasim Abdulkadir.

In the a statement, he confirmed that all Nigerian ambassadors have been recalled.

The statement confirming the recall of the ambassadors states: “Sequel to the inquiries on the letter recalling the Nigerian ambassador to the UK, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, has clarified that all career ambassadors and non-career ambassadors have been recalled on the instructions of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

“Ambassadors as representatives of the country serve at the behest of the President and it’s his prerogative to send or recall them from any country.”

The clarification became necessary over the recall of Nigeria’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Sarafa Ishola.

Vrati further thanked Mr President for given kevin the opportunity to serve the nation and congratulated him for finishing well.
