The Adamawa state Commissioner of Independent national electoral commission (INEC),Barr Kassim Gana Gaidam in a Press briefing in Yola Said the Saturday’s rescheduled is going to be determine by the outcome of Court ruling.
Kassim told Journalists that the commission has been served with a court injunction restraining it not to conduct the rerun election.
He revealed that INEC will response to court order by tomorrow, 21st March 2019 and that will determine the possibility of the rerun elections to hold or not to.
Recall that the MRDD has Sued INEC on the ground of not including the party’s logo on the 9th March Governorship election and prays for a refresh election in the entire state.
