In his unusual way of empowering his constituents to be self independent and have a financial stability, the Senator Representing Northern Senatorial District of Adamawa State, Mr Ishaku Abbo this time through his SIA maiden Sunday give away have extended his gesture to others outside his constituency and State.
The Maiden Sunday give away of two hundred thousand Naira (N200,000.00) and One Hundred thousand Naira (100,000) respectively are awarded as capital to start up their own businesses after proposals submission.

According to him One star Proposal emerged for automatic win and nine (9) other winners emerged through Raffle draw after a rigorous screening by a team of judges comprises of, Falima Vanco (Chairperson ), Umar J J Ahmed – (Secretary), Ammar Ibrahim (Member), Amb Yakubu Rasha (Member) and Para Malosan (Member)
The winners of the Raffle Draw are John P Kaigama from Mubi North LGA, Wahya Ishaku an indigene of Song LGA, Marshal Bakut, an indigene of Jema’a Local Government, Kaduna State, Pius Phineas from Yola South and Cecilia Peter.
Others are, Miriam Andrew from Tumfure, Gombe State, Rebecca Mathias from Madagali are of Adamawa State, Pwanakai Dishon Potato (LamurdeLGA), Rifkatu Zira (Michika LGA) and Dorcas Linus (Mubi North LGA)
Abbo in a statement revealed that the winners and finalists are also automatically qualified for additional sum of one hundred and fifty thousand Naira (N150,000.00 ) from the Ministry of Trade and Investment through his Office.
“We will support and monitor the growth of these businesses as those that are performing well will be qualified for “financial Injection” into their businesses after 3 months.” He said
He further called that the second SIA Sunday give away has since commenced and people, especially youths with business ideas should submit their business Proposal stating the following: 1. Name of Business 2. Market Availability 3. Budget ( within 200K) 4. Plans of growing the Business 5. Management plan as more winners to emerge this month.
