Senator Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani has felicitated with President Muhammadu Buhari on his confirmation as the elected President of Nigeria by the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Binani who is the senator representing Adamawa Central Senatorial Zone explained that the Supreme Court ruling is a confirmation both of the perfect will of Allah and of the choice of the people of Nigeria.
Th judgement she said also reinforces the confidence the people have in the judicial system of the country.
“The ruling is a good development for the advancement of democracy in our nation, it portrays that Nigeria is still the giant of Africa” she exclaimed.
“President Muhammadu Buhari is a transparent, accountable, Competent and Committed leader that is focused in taking Nigeria to the next level” she added.
Binani mentioned that “his victory shows that in both 2015 and 2019 elections, the people overwhelmingly voted for him therefore no amount of opposition can contest that mandate”.
She then urged opposition parties and Nigerians irrespective of ethnicity or religion to support the President on his mission of taking the country to greater heights.
