The speaker Adamawa state house of assembly Alhaji kabiru Mijinyawa has reaffirmed his commitment towards provision of basic amenities to the people of his constituency.
Kabiru Mijinyawa who is the member representing Yola south constituency in the State Assembly stated this Monday while flagging off the rehabilitation of Shagari Bole road in Yola.
Represented by Alhaji Husseini Ahmadu Har, Kabiru Mijinyawa said the gesture followed a series of request by the stakeholders of the communities as a result of deplorable condition of the road they are experiencing over the years, adding that his major concern is to certisfy the need of his people.
He said the gesture will be extended to other hard to reach areas in Yola South Local Government as he continues for the construction of new roads from the State Government.
Speaking during the Flagging of of the rehabilitation of Road liking Bole and Shagari Community Chairman of the All Progressive Congress APC Yola south Local Government Alhaji Suleiman Adamu said Speaker kabiru Mijinyawa who is representing Yola south constituency has proved to the party that he is man who put the interest of his people above his own personal Interest.
Alhaji Suleiman Adamu also called on the benefiting communities give another mandate to the Speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly Alhaji Kabiru Mijinyawa and rally round the present administration of President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Muhammadu Umaru Jibirilla Bindow to enable them reap more dividends of democracy.
Speaking during the Flagging Ceremony the Village Head of Bole Alhaji Abdulmumini Bole thanked the Speaker Kabiru Mijinyawa for coming to the side of his people adding that the communities will complement the gesture by giving block vote the member representing Yola South Constituency come twenty nineteen polls.
Alhaji Abdulmumini Bole also appealed to other political office holders and wealthy individuals to emulate the Speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly Alhaji Kabiru Mijinyawa by assisting communities.
Also contributing on behalf if Shagari and Bole Community in Yola south local government Alhaji Hamidu Alkali Aminu and Hajiya Hadiza Kotu described Speaker Kabiru Mijinyawa who presided over the as a representative who is working towards meeting the aspirations of his constituents.
The event was attended by the House of representatives candidate for Yola North, Yola South and Girei Constituency Alhaji Abdulrauf Modibbo Girei on the platform of All Progressives Congress APC among other APC Stalwarts.
