Says He’s Committed Towards Improving Their Living Standard

8th Adamawa Assembly Speaker, Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley on Sunday, July 7, 2024, celebrated his 41st Birthday with people with disabilities in Yola.

The celebration which saw a lot of people with disabilities in attendance, was also attended by His Wife Mrs Faith Bathiya Wesley, the Deputy Speaker of the House Hon. Mohammed Buba Jidjiwa, some State Assembly lawmakers, Special Advisers, Special Assistants, Friends, Family, Political Associates among others.

Those who spoke at the occasion described the celebration as unique, noting that Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley is humble, focused and patient.

His Wife Mrs Faith Bathiya Wesley described Her Husband as God fearing, Gentleman to the core and a prayerful personality who believes that he cannot record success without God.

Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley in his speech, thanked the organisers for making it a pleasant surprise, disclosing that he will forever remain grateful to the group for the show of love and support to his personal and political movement.

While appreciating his colleagues, political associates and other groups for the goodwill messages on his birthday, assured them that he will continue to pay special attention to their affairs as Mark of sense of belonging.
